Roast chicken for dinner using Julia Child's recipe in Mastering the Art of French Cooking. I sort of improvised the trussing the chicken part, it was my very first time trussing a chicken not mentioning roasting it, I think I am now officially qualified to open a home restaurant because the chicken turned out very good.
