After running around like mad all day for work, I settled down and cooked a delicious dinner with friends tonight! We made Chinese hot pot and I showed off my special sauce recipe! I particularly love sharing food with friends, it's just such a great way to spend time on the weekend!

At the end of meal we used the broth from the hot pot to cook udon. The flavor was amazing!

In keeping with asian style, we had green tea ice cream for dessert. Guess who was game for that? :)
