I found this baby bird flopping on the ground in the backyard this evening. Luckily I got to it before the dogs did! I called my local pet store about what to do, apparently, the best thing is try to find the nest and return it to its nest!

After searching in the tense bushes for quite a while I finally found a elaborately made bird nest.  There was one other baby bird inside and peeked out thinking it was mommy back with food.  Looks like the baby bird that had fell out was a bit beat up, hopefully mommy will keep feeding it and recover soon!

Taking care of a few chores and enjoying some peace and quiet in the early morning... I'm all about starting the morning right these days.  

I've been watching reruns of Friends on Netflix recently while trying to recover from a nasty knee injury, and totally discovered that I love everything about Phoebe.  I mean she has amazing hair, funky and fun fashion style and her apartment is pretty awesome too not to mention that corky and funny personality.

Since I drooled over all her statement jewelry, I scrounged up some new and old pendants I have around the house and planned to make some necklaces out of them while I'm recovering.
